Our collection of three side-by-side early 1900's historic houses offers a variety of accommodations - the B&B with casual elegance and a touch of whimsy, the Inn with expansive luxury, and the Guest House with all amenities necessary for an extended stay. Ideally located in downtown Iowa City's first designated "cultural district", we are within sight of and a few minutes walk to The University of Iowa campus, downtown shopping, and many one of a kind eating establishments.
